Deceivingly Sweet -Carrot, Pineapple & Avodcado Smoothie- Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan

Carrot Pineapple Avocado Smootie

I have turned to my awesome Ninja to whip up my meals lately. Usually I just drink my breakfast. I thoroughly enjoy a steaming cup of coffee, mug of lemon/honey water and a health crammed smoothie.  I even did a smoothie for dinner yesterday. They are positively delicious, and never leave you feeling stuffed or bloated. The body quickly absorbs the vitamins and nutrients from juicing, and it gets to work much fast than if you actually chewed the food.

Here is a yummy, and deceivingly sweet smoothie recipe I created by mistake. Yes you read that right. I am usually piling high the spinach leaves when making any smoothie and today, I totally forgot the spinach! I also decided to ditch the berries and just try something new.

Pineapple Avocado Carrot Smoothie

Carrot, Pineapple & Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C almond milk
  • 1 avocado
  • 2-3 stalks of celery
  • 1 C carrot juice
  • 3/4 C pineapple (frozen)

Throw everything into your blender and enjoy! I was surprised by how sweet this was. I know the pineapple is to thank for that, but carrots have a natural sweetness to them and almond milk of course adds a little something-something.
